Space Annex FAQ

Q: How do I secure a date?

A: A signed rental contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required for booking.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept online secure payments with all major credit cards through a link that is sent to you upon signing the contract. Please call 303-993-3321 during gallery hours if you would like to pay over the phone. Checks made payable to Space Gallery are also accepted.

Q: How late can my event run?

A: The gallery is rented by the hour so it is up to you!

Q: How late can we stay on the patio?

A: All exterior doors will need to be closed at 10 due to local sound ordinance. Guests are asked to continue festivities indoors after this time.

Q: How many events does the gallery host at one time?

A: We only host one event at a time. The gallery is exclusively yours.

Q: Do you setup and breakdown tables and chairs?

A: The renter or caterer is responsible for setting up and breaking down all equipment.

Q: Do you allow candles?

A: Yes, but battery operated

Q: Can we store d├ęcor and rental items at the gallery overnight?

A: Everything must be removed the evening of your event including outside vendor rentals and personal items.

Q: Do you allow live music at the gallery?

A: Absolutely! Bands and DJs are welcome. They can bring their own equipment or plug into our AV system, which is included in your rental.

Q: Can guests leave cars at the gallery overnight?

A: Guests cannot leave their vehicles in the parking lot west of venue, though overnight street parking is permitted.

Q: Does the gallery provide ice?

A: We do not have an ice machine. The gallery does provide two large coolers to store your ice in the staging area.

Q: What is your smoking policy?

A: Guests are welcome to smoke in the sculpture garden until 10:00pm. They may continue after 10:00pm on the sidewalk in front of the gallery. No smoking is permitted inside the gallery.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: In the event of a cancellation, the gallery retains the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Q: What is the pet policy?

A: We love our furry friends! As long as they stay with their handler, they are more than welcome to attend the event.
